§ 10-2. Video poker machines

Latest version.

A permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be required per machine as designated by state law for video poker machines.

A motion of July 21, 1993 amended the Code by adding a fee for video poker machines designated as section 3-60. In order to avoid conflicts in section numbering and to keep similar subject matter together, the editor has redesignated the provisions of said motion as section 10-2
