§ 10-39. Mechanical or electronic amusement devices

Latest version.

Every person engaged in the business of operating any coin operated mechanical or electronic amusement device shall pay a license fee in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) for juke boxes, fifteen dollars ($15.00) for pool tables, and fifty dollars ($50.00) for all other amusement devices.
