§ 11-11. Use of disks or plows

Latest version.

No persons shall use any disk harrows or plows on the parish roads of this parish. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of committing a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be confined in the parish jail for a period of not over thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
