§ 17-3. General

Prior to any developer preparing a geometric layout, it is suggested that said developer contact the staff of the respective planning commission, in order to become thoroughly familiar with the subdivision regulations and with the proposals of the master plan affecting the land in which the proposed subdivision lies. Adequate copies of said regulations shall be prepared for distribution to interested parties. No lots may be sold from a plat which has not been approved by the respective planning commission and recorded with the clerk of court of Natchitoches Parish.
