§ 2-27. Affirmative action

Latest version.

The local government affirmative action plan for equal employment opportunity attached to the resolution of April 30, 1981, is approved and adopted. The assistant secretary-treasurer and purchasing agent is hereby designated as the equal employment opportunity officer.
