This division shall apply only to full time regular employees of the Natchitoches
Parish Police Jury, and shall in no way apply to part-time employees or those employees
of other offices (i.e. district attorney, judges, registrar of voters, clerk of court,
library) whose salaries are supplemented or paid in full by the police jury.
