§ 2-48. Funeral leave

An employee may be absent from work up to three (3) days with pay due to a death of a member of their immediate family. An employee absent from work for funeral leave must submit a copy of the obituary of their immediate family member to the treasurer's office.(See section 2.3 (B) of NPPJ Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual for description of immediate family)
