§ 3-62. Possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers in motor vehicles prohibited

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, consume or possess alcoholic beverages in an open container in any motor vehicle when such vehicle is upon the public roads, as defined above, within the parish limits of Natchitoches.
