§ 3-65. Penalty for violation

Latest version.

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction for, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
