(a) No person owning livestock shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his livestock
to go at large upon the public highways of Ward 1 of the parish. This subsection shall
not apply to the territory within the corporate limits of the City of Natchitoches.
(b) No person owning livestock shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his livestock
to go at large upon the public highways of Ward 2 of the parish.
(c) No person owning livestock shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his livestock
to go at large upon the public highways of Ward 3 of the parish.
(d) No person owning livestock shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his livestock
to go at large upon the public highways of Ward 4 of the parish.
