§ 6-39. Building official

Latest version.

There shall be a Natchitoches Parish Building Official who shall be the parish building code enforcement officer responsible for the administration and enforcement for the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code in Natchitoches Parish outside of the incorporated areas of Goldonna, Ashland, Campti, Natchez, Robeline, Provencal, Clarence, Powhatan and the City of Natchitoches.
