§ 6-42. Penalty

Any person, partnership, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or aids or abets in the violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), nor less than on hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
