§ 15-4. Capital improvement program

In accordance with Act 221 of the Louisiana Legislature, Regular Session, 1990, which amends and reenacts Part VII of Chapter 2 of Title 48 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, comprising R.S. 48:751 through 48:760, all relative to the parish transportation fund, the Natchitoches Parish Police Jury shall adopt a capital improvement program.

Ord. No. 1-91, adopted Feb. 20, 1991, provided for the amendment of §§ 15-4 through 15-5 and enacted provisions designated as §§ 15-4—15-4.3 herein set out. Former §§ 15-4—15-4.4 and 15-5—15-5.4, pertaining to the capital improvement program generally and capital improvements re roads and bridges, have been deleted. Such sections were derived from Ord. No. 27, adopted Dec. 15, 1983, and Ord. No. 32-A, adopted Feb. 15, 1984.
