§ 15-9. Warranty period for adding roads into parish road system; conditions

The warranty period for adding roads into the parish road system shall be three (3) years with the following provisions:

(1) All roads taken into the parish road system must meet the current DOTD Specifications.

(2) The highway department director shall obtain a testing firm for confirmation that road meets DOTD Specifications; said cost to be paid by the developer.

(3) The highway department director must confirm that roads meet DOTD Specifications.
