§ 2-28. Parish exempt from firefighters' retirement system

Latest version.

The parish and its firefighting employees are declared to be exempt from the provisions of R.S. 33:2153(A)(1)(a), and neither said section nor any of the other provisions of Act 434 of the 1979 Louisiana Legislature, as amended, shall be applicable to this parish or its firefighting employees.
