§ 2-26. Interlocal risk management agency

The parish joins the parish government risk management agency and participates in its group self-insurance fund which has been formed to serve the workers' compensation and employer liability claims of the employees of the parishes joining the agency. The police jury may, through its proper officer, execute the application to join the parish government risk management agency and participate in its group self-insurance fund with respect to workers' compensation and employer liability claims in the form and substance of the application attached to the ordinance of June 10, 1981, as Exhibit A.
