§ 6-38. Establishment of development permit; fee

A development permit shall be required to ensure conformance with the provisions of this chapter. The Natchitoches Parish Permitting Office (NPPC) is hereby authorized to charge the following fees for each permit issued under the provisions of this chapter:

Mobile homes .....	$ 50.00
Residential development .....	3.50 per thousand
Nonresidential/commercial, industrial and agricultural development .....	3.50 per thousand

 

With each project there will be four (4) phases of inspections with a cost of thirty dollars ($30.00) for the first three (3) inspections.

1. Pouring slab

2. Roughing in

3. Finished product

4. The final phase of the development includes inspections for the HVC system and the mechanical system. Fee cost ten dollars ($10.00). Includes labor and material cost only.

Construction of swimming pools .....	$ 50.00
All business signs	35.00
Gas Inspections on leaking meters	5.00

 

Renovations of existing structures. Fee = ten dollars ($10.00) for first thousand plus four dollars ($4.00) for each additional thousand.

All projects with the City of Natchitoches require having a licensed plumber, electrician and general contractor.
